Within 48 Hours of the Experience

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are not refundable.
At this stage, vehicles, drivers, and services are already committed and cannot be reassigned.

However, we offer a more flexible option whenever possible.

What is included in the price?

Our rates include a private Mercedes vehicle, professional driver, fuel, tolls, and standard parking where needed. Entrance tickets, meals, licensed tour guides, and gratuities are not included unless specifically requested in your proposal

Are your drivers licensed and do they speak English?

All our drivers are fully licensed professionals and speak English. On request, we can also arrange other languages through licensed guides or external collaborators

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for high season and multi-day itineraries, so we can guarantee availability and the ideal vehicle for your party

Do you also offer airport and port transfers?

Yes. We provide private transfers to and from Rome airports, Civitavecchia port, and other key destinations in Italy, which can be combined with sightseeing experiences on the same day

Can I book a driver for several days?

Absolutely. Many guests choose a dedicated driver for their entire stay, allowing maximum flexibility and continuity throughout their journey

What happens if my flight or train is delayed?

We monitor your arrival details and adjust the pick-up accordingly. A grace period is always included; any additional waiting time will be communicated clearly and agreed with you in advance

How do payment and cancellations work?
